SHIPMENT, CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
All items purchased from LakooDesigns are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the carrier.
LakooDesigns offers international shipping. The recipient specified on the delivery address will be the importer of the purchased product, and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Purchased goods may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country or state. The recipient specified on the delivery address may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's location.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient specified on the delivery address. LakooDesigns has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
It is the responsibility of the recipient to contact their local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond LakooDesigns original delivery estimates.
ONLINE ORDERS
Payment in whole, by credit card or debit card, is required before dispatch of goods.
Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending a confirmation email to you at the email address you provide in your online order form.
Goods supplied by LakooDesigns to customers remain the property of the company, until paid for in full by the customer.

From time to time, LakooDesigns will offer promotional codes at points of sale, or for loyal customers.
LakooDesigns have the right to further reduce their products and are unable to refund the difference to customers.

All goods sold by LakooDesigns meet statutory requirements. However, LakoDesigns cannot accept responsibility where goods supplied are subject to further processing or repackaging by the customer.
Please note that all items are handcrafted from natural materials and as such their composition and colour may vary slightly from the image shown, in particular natural gemstones which can have slight inclusions. There may also be minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications.
Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.
